Delete your account

You can delete your PromptPM account and its data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

Open PromptPM and sign in.
Go to Settings.
Tap Delete my account and confirm.

This happens immediately.

By email

If you can't use the app, email hello@persistoconsulting.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my PromptPM account". We'll confirm and delete it within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Your profile: name, email, photo, timezone and notification settings.
Your devices' notification tokens.
Your membership in every group.
Groups where you're the only owner, with all their tasks and comments.

What stays

In groups that other people still use, tasks you created stay (no longer linked to you), and your comments stay, shown as "Former member". Backup copies are removed within 14 days.
