PromptPM

Terms of use

Last updated October 2, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and PromptPM ("we", "us") about using the PromptPM app and website. By creating an account or using PromptPM, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use PromptPM.

The short version: PromptPM is an invite-only shared task list for families and small groups. Be kind, be honest, and use it for what it's for. If an account breaks these rules, we can block it. A blocked account isn't deleted, and you can ask us to review it.

An invite-only service

PromptPM is offered to people we choose to make it available to, and to the people they invite. We may limit or pause new sign-ups at any time. Some features are available only to selected accounts, and we may change which features each account gets.

Your account

Children

PromptPM is made for families, so children may use it as part of a family group set up and supervised by a parent or guardian. The parent or guardian agrees to these terms on the child's behalf and is responsible for how the child uses PromptPM.

What you add

Your tasks, notes and comments belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them, and to show them to the members of your groups, as needed to run PromptPM. You're responsible for what you add, and for having the right to share it. When you use a feature that reads a sentence you say or type to turn it into a task, that sentence is processed by an AI service provider for that purpose only, as described in our privacy policy.

What's not allowed

When using PromptPM, you must not:

Blocking accounts

If we believe an account has broken these terms, or to protect people or the service, we may block it. While an account is blocked, it can't be used to view or change anything in PromptPM. We may also remove content that breaks these rules. In serious cases, such as threats of harm or the exploitation of children, we may report what we know to the authorities.

Blocking an account doesn't delete it: your account and data are kept. If you think your account was blocked by mistake, email review_blocked_account@persistoconsulting.com with the email address you sign in with and why it should be unblocked. We'll review it and reply. You can still delete a blocked account at any time from the app.

Leaving

You can stop using PromptPM and delete your account at any time: see Delete your account. We may change or stop offering PromptPM; if we stop, we'll try to give you reasonable notice so you can save anything you need.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep PromptPM running and your data safe, but it's provided "as is". We can't promise it will always be available or error-free, or that every reminder or notification will arrive on time. Please don't rely on PromptPM alone for anything where a missed reminder could cause harm, such as medication or safety-critical tasks. To the extent the law allows, we're not responsible for indirect losses that come from using or not being able to use PromptPM.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top. For significant changes we'll also let you know in the app. If you keep using PromptPM after a change, you accept the new terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Ontario.
